C-Express N 2nd St Gas Station

The C-Express Station on N 2nd Street underwent a complete remodel/ addition which included a walk-in beer cave, Godfathers Pizza, and video lottery casino. To allow the client to maintain fully functional day-to-day business operations as a busy gas station/convenience store/casino, Quest Construction utilized innovative building methods by building a new structure over the top of the existing structure. Once the shell of the new structure was completed and enclosed, work then began on removing the original structure roof and reconfiguring the layout of the newly expanded interior. Phased scheduling allowed for one area to be finished before moving on to the next so each area of the business was able to run as usual. The project was finished under budget with minimal interruptions to daily business.
