C-Express & Platinum Auto Spa

The C-Express Station on 6th Ave. & Roosevelt St. underwent a complete remodel/ addition which included a walk-in beer cave, Godfathers Pizza, 30 video lottery machines as well as a laundromat facility with 18 washers and 14 dryers. The fuel station work included moving 8 fuel pumps & installing two new 55’ x 10’ Xerxes fuel tanks, 16 fuel pumps and a 46’ x 100’ lighted canopy. The new Platinum Auto Spa included a 100’ poured trench pit, conveyer driven carwash, heated concrete entrance/exit, vehicle detection systems with license plate reader and 16 vacuum stalls. This 12 month project was managed with strategically phased scheduling to allow maximum profitability for the customer. Overall downtime of day-to-day operations of the C—Store & casino was kept to a mere four weeks, which included time due to winter weather working constraints. The entire project was completed within 12 months and came in under budget.
