This Construction Manager project consisted of a new two-story building including a two lane drive-through, with a third lane for ATM access and a large parking lot. Care was taken to utilize energy star rated materials when available to maximize future heating and cooling savings. Value engineering was vital on this project and saved over $130,000 just by changes to the routing of the utilities and lighting package, without sacrificing any design elements desired by the customer. Specially chosen lights made for a unique design choice that enhances the design of the building, especially at night.
