Moccasin Creek Country Club

This project consisted of a complete interior and exterior remodel as well as dining room and office addition to this private golf course clubhouse. Quest worked hand in hand with management staff to minimize interruption to daily activities.  Phased scheduling allowed regular clubhouse activities to relocate to other areas while improvements continued. By closing the food service for 2 ½ months they were afforded an entirely new kitchen space, appliances, and separate prep area. The end result is a completely updated, light, and modern space with a freshly remodeled dining room, covered patio with TV’s and fireplace, golf shop merchandise area, and a state-of-the-art kitchen space.

Value Engineering played a crucial role in this project while still maintaining the integrity and high quality finishes of the proposed design. Structural savings were realized by moving HVAC equipment from the roof to the ground and by replacing a pergola with exterior canvas sails.
