NSU Wolves Memorial Suites
Project Overview
The NSU Wolves Memorial Suites is a 42 unit, 143 bed suite style residence hall. A tight building space created challenges for storage for subcontractors, equipment, and materials. With this in mind, we delayed construction on the holding pond on the south side to ensure we would have adequate material storage during the construction process. This ensured site safety and appeased the residential neighbors. We created value with the efficiency of our crews, which allowed us to turn the project over to Northern State University six weeks early. This was a LEED Silver Certified Project.
