Presentation College Suites

Being awarded the project for the 45 unit / 160 bed suite style Residence Hall in late November brought the challenge of starting work during a difficult 2012-2013 South Dakota winter. With the efficiencies of additional man hours from our team and choosing to continue to the second phase of the project assisted with bringing in the project under budget and completing it one month early (Phase I completed by Aug 15^th, Phase II complete by Nov 15^th). Work was also completed on the 2,800ft² Wellness Center and Seasonal Dome Project.
