Roncalli Cavaliers Locker Remodel

Quest completed this project under the CMR delivery method. Roncalli received 4,300 square foot addition including a varsity locker room, coaches offices, and training rooms. The existing boys and girls locker rooms, weight room, laundry room and public restrooms went through a renovation as well. The project was initially split into two phases, but due to creative scheduling and pressing our subcontractors a bit more than usual, both phases of this project were completed at the same time with minimal inconvenience to the client. Work was completed within five months. With the site coordination, pre-planning, and logistics we were able to turn it over to the school four months early.
