Schwan Financial Remodel

The design build office buildout involved converting a retail mall into a new, top of the line office space. The modern office space included a 120 person meeting room, along with four additional conference rooms, along with an oversized breakroom and kitchen.  It also includes a gym, laundry facility, lounge area, and full bathrooms including showers for staff convenience. Upgraded rooftop units included VAV’s for employee comfort. The original concrete floor was excavated to install a new sewer line for the entire building (not just the remodeled office space area). The front reception area includes a logo/ power wall for signage.
