YMCA YDC Addition

Renovation & Expansion Project project consists of a 10,685 Sq. ft. addition which included eight youth classrooms for pre-k and under allowing for the care of 145 additional youth and additional infants.  Remodel of existing changing room, teachers facility & storage area. Additional lockers were added along hallway corridor. Facility was able to remain occupied with full service throughout construction. 20K Sq. Ft. Parking lot expansion with 3,000 Cubic ft. below grade water retention system as well as 54 additional Geo Thermal wells drilled below parking lot.
